VistaJet: Cost, Review & How to Access

Everything you need to know about VistaJet and private jet programmes. Our concierge helps you find the right option — for free.

What is VistaJet?

VistaJet is one of the world's leading private aviation companies, operating a fleet of over 360 aircraft across 187 countries. Founded in 2004, they offer a Programme membership model where clients commit to a block of flight hours (minimum 25 hours) in exchange for guaranteed availability, consistent service, and access to their entire fleet.

Unlike charter brokers who source aircraft from multiple operators, VistaJet flies its own fleet — meaning consistent cabin quality, crew standards, and service levels on every flight. Their aircraft range from midsize (Challenger 350) to ultra-long-range (Global 7500).

The trade-off is commitment: VistaJet requires a minimum of 25 flight hours, which typically represents an investment of £100,000+. For regular flyers this can be excellent value, but for occasional flyers, ad-hoc charter may be more cost-effective.

Frequently asked questions

How much does VistaJet cost?

VistaJet operates a Programme membership model starting at 25 flight hours. Pricing depends on aircraft type, routes, and commitment level. Through Stirling Access, you can discuss options with our concierge for free — we'll help you understand whether a programme, jet card, or ad-hoc charter is the best fit for your flying pattern.

What is a jet card?

A jet card is a prepaid block of flight hours (typically 25-50 hours) that guarantees aircraft availability at fixed or capped rates. VistaJet, NetJets, and Flexjet all offer variants. Stirling Access can help you compare options and find the right programme for your needs — at no cost to you.

Is VistaJet worth it?

VistaJet is excellent for regular flyers (10+ flights per year) who value guaranteed availability, consistent cabin quality, and global coverage. For occasional flyers (1-5 flights per year), ad-hoc charter through a specialist broker may offer better value. Our concierge can help you decide.

How do jet cards compare to ad-hoc charter?

Jet cards offer guaranteed availability, fixed pricing, and no repositioning fees — but require upfront commitment (typically £100,000+). Ad-hoc charter has no commitment but variable pricing and availability. The right choice depends on how often you fly and how much flexibility you need.

Can Stirling Access arrange a VistaJet programme?

Yes. As a VistaJet Ambassador, Stirling Access can introduce you directly to VistaJet's programme team. We also have relationships with other operators and brokers, so we can give you an unbiased view of all your options before you commit.
